Custom Commission Policy
This policy defines how Vision Frames handles private commission requests, client-submitted materials, custom concepts and individually produced collector objects.
1. Custom Commission Requests
Vision Frames may accept private commission requests for individually created Custom Frames.
Each request is reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance.
Vision Frames reserves the unrestricted right to reject any request without stating reasons.
2. Individual Artistic Direction
Custom Frames are individually designed around the client’s requested concept, brand, company, object, symbol, logo, text, color direction or personal vision.
The final object is created as an independent artistic and collectible display object.
No two Custom Frames are identical.
3. Client-Submitted Materials
Clients may submit logos, symbols, brand elements, images, names, slogans or other visual references for consideration.
By submitting such materials, the client confirms that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, approvals, licenses or authorizations required for the requested use.
The client remains solely responsible for the legality of any submitted material.
4. Third-Party Rights
Vision Frames does not verify ownership, licensing status or legal clearance of client-submitted trademarks, logos, images or protected materials.
The acceptance of a commission request does not constitute legal approval, rights clearance or authorization by any third-party rights holder.
The client agrees to indemnify Vision Frames from claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful materials submitted by the client.
5. Brand Independence
A Custom Frame does not create any partnership, sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, license or official relationship between Vision Frames and any referenced brand or rights holder.
All third-party trademarks, logos and brand references remain the property of their respective owners.
Vision Frames creates independent artistic and collectible objects only.
6. Rejection of Requests
Vision Frames may reject requests involving:
- — political content
- — extremist content
- — hateful or discriminatory content
- — unlawful content
- — misleading brand usage
- — trademark misuse
- — reputationally harmful references
- — inappropriate artistic direction
- — unclear rights ownership
7. Production Timeline
Custom Frames usually require approximately 3–4 weeks after final design approval.
Production timelines may vary depending on complexity, material sourcing, communication, finishing, quality control or shipping conditions.
8. Final Object
Due to manual production, material behavior, surface finishing and handcrafted assembly, final physical objects may differ slightly from digital previews or renderings.
Such variations are part of the nature of individually produced artistic objects and do not constitute defects unless they materially differ from the approved concept.
9. No Withdrawal After Production Begins
Custom Frames are individually manufactured according to customer specifications.
Where legally permitted, they are excluded from statutory withdrawal rights.
After production has started, cancellation, return or refund is not possible unless Vision Frames expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
