VISION FRAMES / INFORMATION

Shipping & Delivery

Information on production lead times, dispatch, international shipping and the careful handling of VISION FRAMES objects.

01 / PRODUCTION

Production Lead Times

VISION FRAMES objects are prepared and assembled individually. Indicative production periods are:

  • Collectible / public archive releases: approximately 4–6 weeks.
  • Custom Frames / private commissions: approximately 3–4 weeks after final design approval.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dispatch dates. Any binding delivery date agreed for an order remains applicable. We will contact you if a material delay is anticipated.

02 / DISPATCH

Shipping Partners

Orders are generally dispatched with DHL or another suitable carrier. The shipping method is selected according to destination, dimensions and handling requirements.

Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or confirmed in an individual commission quotation before an order is placed.

03 / DESTINATIONS

International Delivery

Delivery is available to destinations supported by our checkout or expressly confirmed in a custom quotation. Availability may vary by destination and product.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges may apply and may be payable by the recipient, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Customs clearance can affect transit times. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

04 / PRESENTATION

Protective Packaging

Frames are packed with materials selected to protect the object during transport. Depending on the edition or commission, the shipment may include a certificate, signature plaque or other documented components described in the product listing or agreed quotation.

We recommend retaining the packaging and accompanying documents, particularly for storage or future transport.

05 / TRACKING

Tracking & Delivery

Where tracking is available, shipment details are provided after dispatch. Transit times begin after dispatch and are separate from production lead times.

Delivery estimates depend on the carrier, destination and any applicable customs processing. Statutory rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

06 / ARRIVAL

Transport Damage

Please inspect the parcel and frame after delivery. If you notice damage, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at visionframes.archive@gmail.com.

Photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected object can help us investigate the issue with the carrier. Please retain the packaging where practical.

Reporting damage within 48 hours is appreciated but is not a legal deadline and does not limit your statutory rights.

07 / ADDRESS

Delivery Information

Please check that your delivery name, address and contact details are accurate when ordering. If you identify an error, contact us promptly so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

If a parcel is returned because of incorrect details provided at checkout, we will discuss the available redelivery options and any reasonable additional costs, subject to applicable law.

08 / ASSISTANCE
