Payment & Taxes
Information about payment methods, order confirmation, custom commissions, taxes and international charges.
Payment Confirmation
Orders are processed after the required payment is confirmed, unless different terms have been agreed. If a payment fails, is reversed or requires verification, processing or dispatch may be delayed while the issue is resolved.
Collectible Editions
Collectible Frames are generally paid in full at checkout. Preparation and dispatch follow the timeline stated for the relevant edition and confirmed order.
Individual Commissions
After the design is approved, you receive a quotation detailing the price and payment terms. Production begins once you accept the quotation and complete the agreed payment. Deposits or alternative arrangements may be agreed individually.
German VAT
VISION FRAMES is operated by Christoph Wolf under the German small-business regulation (§ 19 UStG). German VAT is not shown separately on invoices while this regulation applies. Tax treatment may change if the business's tax status changes.
Import Duties & Charges
Orders delivered outside the applicable customs area may incur import duties, local taxes, customs clearance or carrier handling fees. Unless expressly included in the checkout or quotation, these charges are payable by the recipient.
Currency & Conversion
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the storefront or payment provider. Banks and payment providers may apply their own exchange rates or fees.
Refunds & Order Reservations
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our Withdrawal & Returns Policy, generally through the original payment method. External banking, conversion or import charges may be subject to separate provider or customs rules.
An enquiry or informal expression of interest does not reserve an edition or confirm a commission. Any reservation or order arrangement must be expressly confirmed by VISION FRAMES.
